Actual Carquefou is looking for a Baker / Dough mixer (M/F) in Treillières (44119).

Your missions

As a key player in production, you will be in charge of the entire manufacturing process: weighing, mixing, kneading, shaping, loading into the oven, baking, and packaging.

Fixed hours: 07:15 AM - 02:35 PM from Monday to Friday

Remuneration: 12.54€ + bonuses

The profile we're looking for

To excel as a Baker / Dough mixer (M/F), we are looking for a person passionate about bakery products and perfectly mastering the techniques of kneading, shaping, and baking in an agri-food environment.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in the bakery sector and possesses excellent knowledge of flours, fermentations, and preservation methods.

Possession of a CAP Boulanger or an equivalent diploma is highly desired to ensure consistent production quality. Great rigor, strict adherence to hygiene and food safety rules (HACCP), as well as the ability to work efficiently during staggered hours are essential.
