Job offer : Legal Team Manager (M/F)

For this activity management position, we are looking for a person with a high level of mastery in telephone customer relations and a strong sense of performance management. The main missions are as follows

Management and steering

• You guarantee the steering of the activity by optimizing the operational organization of employees according to qualitative and quantitative performance objectives.

• You manage the performance of the jurists who report to you by supporting them and monitoring indicators.

• You promote their development and skills growth by identifying their training needs and ensuring the follow-up of proposed training. Technical support:

• You provide first-level technical advice and act as an interface with the Technical Support units, while respecting the distribution of tasks specific to each: routine technical animation, handling dissatisfied customers...

• You contribute to the control of technical costs by ensuring compliance with the rules defined by the Claims Department and by proposing areas for improvement.

A law degree is a prerequisite for this position; only applications with this validated Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) will be accepted.

You must also demonstrate confirmed management experience within an insurance company (P&C and more specifically in Legal Protection) and solid experience in customer relations by phone.

Fixed remuneration between 39K€ and 45K€ depending on the level of experience in the field, with an individual and collective variable (approximately 15K€).
