Job offer : Bakery Employee (M/F)

ACTUAL is recruiting on behalf of its client an Bakery Employee (M/F) to strengthen its team in the bakery department.

Within the laboratory, you will participate in the preparation, baking, and presentation of bakery and pastry products, in compliance with hygiene and food safety rules.

In this capacity, your main missions will be

• Ensure the baking of bread and pastries according to defined procedures and baking times.
• Prepare and bake seasonal products, including King cakes.
• Monitor the various batches and ensure the quality of products offered for sale.
• Ensure shelf stocking and maintain good product presentation.
• Check the quality and compliance of products before they are put on sale.
• Maintain and clean the laboratory, equipment, and production tools.
• Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and food traceability rules.
