Job offer : Butcher in permanent contract (CDI) in the Grisolles area (M/F)

Actual Experts Grande Distribution Toulouse is recruiting a Butcher (M/F) on a permanent contract (CDI) for its client, a major retail player located in the Grisolles area (approx. 15 km)

You will be in charge of

• Receiving, checking, and storing merchandise;
• Working with all types of meat (veal, beef, poultry, pork) including carcasses and preparing meats according to professional standards: cutting, trimming, deboning, removing nerves, and tying;
• Packaging meat cuts, butcher specialties (trays, vacuum-packed, ...) and displaying them in the showcase;
• Selling and advising customers, taking and preparing orders;
• Informing customers about the origin of the meat;
• Cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the workspace, tools, and premises;
• Respecting safety and hygiene instructions.

We are looking for a rigorous professional, with training or experience equivalent to a CAP, capable of working autonomously while respecting high quality standards. It is essential that you are able to work effectively in a team while respecting food hygiene and safety standards. You are a person passionate about your profession, capable of providing quality service to your customers.
