Within the laboratory, you will participate in the preparation, baking, and presentation of bakery and pastry products, in compliance with hygiene and food safety rules. ### In this capacity, your main missions will be - Ensure the baking of bread and pastries according to defined procedures and baking times. - Prepare and bake seasonal products, including King cakes. - Monitor the various batches and ensure the quality of products offered for sale. - Ensure shelf stocking and maintain good product presentation. - Check the quality and compliance of products before they are put on sale. - Maintain and clean the laboratory, equipment, and production tools. - Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and food traceability rules. ## **The profile we're looking for** We are looking for a rigorous, dynamic, and organized person with a real interest in the world of bakery and food production. You are comfortable with activities requiring precision, responsiveness, and adherence to manufacturing and baking procedures. ### You are recognized for - Your rigor and sense of organization. - Your speed of execution and ability to manage multiple batches. - Your vigilance regarding product quality. - Your respect for hygiene and food safety rules. - Your autonomy and team spirit. Previous experience in bakery, pastry, or food retail, ideally in a position involving the baking of bakery products, would be appreciated. Beginner profiles with initial knowledge of the food environment and real motivation for the profession will also be considered.
