Job offer : Security and Video Surveillance Director (M/F)

The Security and Video Protection Director is responsible for developing strategic and operational partnerships regarding Oise THD security.

He/she also manages the entire CSD activity (quality, performance, procedures, management, partnerships, selection or optimization of operational tools) by relying on: a room manager (daily operations, including schedules), under his/her direct responsibility a deputy room manager and a team of 8 operators.

The Security and Video Protection Director works in particular in collaboration with the Technical Director, in charge of maintaining the CSD in operational conditions, secure links, and installing member cameras, and with the Communications Director.

Missions

A. Development of strategic and operational partnerships

• Develop partnerships with security forces: national gendarmerie, municipal police, national police
• Build partnerships with security and safety experts to enable the creation of a Video Protection Observatory -
• Participate in leading the network of departmental video protection centers, which federates security projects carried out at the departmental level

B. Development of usage value and user loyalty

• Identify and activate levers to develop incoming requests: understanding needs, adapting responses
• Strengthen the relationship with partners: listening, clarity of expectations, support for proper use
• Make the CSD a reflex: readability of the offer, availability, responsiveness, reliability, trust

C. Global management of 24/7 operations

• Guarantee service continuity and operational efficiency of the CSD (24/7)
• Structure the organization and operation, relying on the room manager (scheduling, instructions)
• Optimize operating procedures
• Manage sensitive situations / incidents: prioritization, escalations, arbitration, feedback

D. Management and professionalization of teams

• Manage direct reports: objectives, rituals, skill development
• Structure integration, continuous training, and evaluations

E. Data-driven management and reporting

• Define and manage a simple dashboard adapted to service priorities
• Produce regular reporting for management and the Union Bureau: activity, quality, risks, priorities, needs

Conditions

• Location: Beauvais (60)
• Status: contractual
• Remuneration: €70,000 to €80,000 gross depending on experience
• Company vehicle
