Job offer : Maintenance Coordinator (M/F)

Our team of experts specializing in industry is recruiting for its client specializing in the production of bakery and pastry products, a Maintenance Coordinator (M/F) for a permanent contract (CDI) at the Châtaigneraie site.

You are the liaison between the maintenance manager and the technicians. You coordinate a team of 4 people working in 3-shift rotations. You are on the ground and involved in organization.

Your main missions/responsibilities will be as follows

• Organization of schedules, distribution of interventions among technicians.
• Supporting technicians by participating in technical development.
• Monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance, management of priorities.
• Monitoring of external interventions.
• Updating technical documentation and service traceability.
• Identifying opportunities for improving maintenance processes and proposing improvement solutions.

Holder of a degree in industrial maintenance, you have several years of experience in maintenance and initial experience in coordination.

Expected skills: Skills in electricity, mechanics, pneumatics on industrial machines.

Knowledge of maintenance on refrigeration systems.

Personal qualities: Organization, autonomy, rigor, taste for transmission and team spirit.

Contract: CDI

Hours: daytime (may change according to needs) Base: 37h30 from Monday to Friday - 1 RTT per month

No work on weekends and public holidays.

On-call duty to be expected according to the defined calendar.

Remuneration: 35,500 - 42,000 € gross/year
