Job offer : Travel and Ticketing Consultant (M/F)

As part of its development, our client, a travel agency, is looking for a Leisure Travel & Ticketing Consultant (M/F) on a permanent contract to join its team.

Your missions

Within the agency, you will be responsible for

• Welcoming, advising, and retaining customers.
• Designing and selling tourist stays, tours, tailor-made trips, and vacations.
• Making reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and tourist services.
• Managing ticketing via the GDS Amadeus: fare search, issuance, modification, and cancellation of tickets.
• Mastering reservation tools and distribution systems, particularly Amadeus.
• Ensuring follow-up of client files before, during, and after their trip.
• Developing sales and participating in achieving commercial objectives.
• Guaranteeing impeccable service quality and contributing to customer satisfaction.

• 39h base from Tuesday to Saturday (Tuesday to Friday 10am-6:30pm / 1pm-7pm and Saturday 10am-1pm / 2pm-6pm)

You have experience in a travel agency or in the tourism sector. You master ticketing and ideally the Amadeus software. You have good knowledge of tourist destinations and leisure products. You are dynamic, organized, autonomous, and have excellent interpersonal skills. You have a commercial sense, enjoy working in a team, and know how to take initiatives. Proficiency in English would be a plus.
