Job offer : Personal Banking Advisor (M/F)

As part of a new position creation, join a rapidly growing digital agency composed of 14 employees. Attached to a dynamic and modern team, you will become the pillar of satisfaction and development for a portfolio of private clients who are keen on a 100% remote relationship.

Your main missions / responsibilities will be as follows

• Manage and develop a portfolio of private clients and prospects within the framework of a 100% digital relationship.

• Handle all interactions (videoconferences, calls, emails, CRM messages) by transforming them into commercial opportunities.

• Conduct a proactive commercial follow-up approach during dedicated calling slots to boost the portfolio.

• Adopt a global approach to needs in order to promote cross-selling across all areas (insurance, credit, savings).

• Develop recommendations and referrals in a remote environment.

• Guarantee a privileged customer experience through high-level responsiveness, availability, and personalized follow-up.

• Master and manage portfolio risks in strict compliance with banking regulations.

• Collaborate daily with a dedicated client support advisor for processing current operations and assembling files.

Required technical skills

• Minimum Bac+2 level.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking sector (in a branch or customer relationship center).
• AMF and DCI certifications.
• Advanced mastery of digital remote relationship tools (Teams, videoconferencing, sales and electronic signature).
• Daily use of AI tools for relational efficiency.
