The role

Actual is looking for an ETAM Construction Manager (M/F) based in La Chapelle-sur-Erdre to support the development of its IRVE (Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure) activities.

Your main missions

As a leader of the B2C & B2B2C branch, you will supervise the entire work cycle, from the technical phase to invoicing. You will manage a team of technicians, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure strict compliance with quality, safety, cost, and deadline objectives. Your daily life will be punctuated by managing performance indicators, technical monitoring of construction sites (cabling, TGBT, complex connections), and leading your teams across a geographical area including the Pays de la Loire, Brittany, and the Centre-Val de Loire regions.

The profile we're looking for

Your profile

Ideally holding a BTS in Electrotechnics, you have solid experience in construction management, ideally in the field of IRVE. You are recognized for your technical expertise in electricity (CFA/CFO, electrical cabinets) and possess up-to-date H0V/B2V electrical certifications. Comfortable with digital tools and indicator-based management, you demonstrate autonomy, leadership, and an excellent sense of organization. The position is to be filled quickly and remains a long-term opportunity, with a view to hiring.
