The role

We are recruiting a Mason Finisher N3P2 (M/F). To support the delivery and finishing of a structural work program based in Bellevigny. Reporting to the site manager, you will intervene in the final phase of the works to correct concrete imperfections, carry out neat finishes and prepare the supports before the intervention of the secondary trades.

Main missions

Concrete repairs: Wall and floor leveling, surface smoothing, repair of spalling, gravel nests, bubbling and sharp edges.

Sills and thresholds: Installation and setting of window sills, prefabricated thresholds, copings and lintels.

Interior & exterior finishes: Creation of leveling screeds, caulking, sealing joints and smoothing plasters.

Reservations and incorporations: Filling of formwork holes/tie rods, repairs after the passage of networks (plumbing, electricity).

Lifting of reservations: Treatment of architectural finishes and correction of non-conformities before acceptance of the works.Cleaning and safety: Maintaining a clean workstation and compliance with health and safety rules.

The profile we're looking for

Profile sought

Qualification: Professional Companion N3

Experience: 2 to 5 years minimum in a similar position in structural work/construction.

Technical skills: Perfect mastery of special mortars (resin mortars, fiber-reinforced mortars, fine plasters), excellent technical skills with trowel, float and plastering trowel.

Aptitudes: Rigor, keen sense of detail, cleanliness of execution and autonomy.

Prerequisites: B license desired.
