Job offer : Construction Site Manager (M/F)

The Essentials of the Position: Join a historic and recognized player in public works in the Île-de-France region. As a Construction Site Manager (M/F), you will manage the execution of construction sites, ensuring execution quality, safety, and compliance with deadlines for our clients. Your Main Missions: Preparation and Planning: Validate plans, the provisional schedule, and all needs in close collaboration with the design office. Site Management and Monitoring: Ensure daily coordination and supervision of your teams on the field. Ensure strict application of work according to specifications. Control the quality of work, estimate and guarantee compliance with the set deadlines. Working Conditions: Full-time CDI position. Regular travel to be expected on construction sites. Start date as soon as possible.

Profile Sought: Experience: You have solid field experience of at least 5 years in team management on Public Works construction sites. Technical Skills: You must hold a higher education degree in public works at Bac +2 level (BTS TP, DUT Civil Engineering, or equivalent). Mastery of overall site management (from preparation to delivery). Excellent ability to read, analyze, and validate technical plans. Soft Skills: With an assertive character, you know how to lead and unite your teams with leadership. You possess a strong sense of interpersonal skills and place customer satisfaction at the heart of your priorities. Reactive and organized, you know how to anticipate unforeseen events in the field.
