Job offer : Waterproofing Site Manager (M/F)

Actual Intérim Pessac is looking for one of its clients, a great SME with several agencies in France, specializing in the building envelope (cladding, waterproofing, roofing), for an experienced SITE MANAGER (M/F).

Reporting to management, you will ensure the management and monitoring of construction sites, from their preparation to their handover.

Your main missions will be

• Prepare and organize construction sites;
• Plan interventions and coordinate teams;
• Ensure the monitoring of work and ensure compliance with deadlines;
• Manage and coordinate the various stakeholders: internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers;
• Ensure the monitoring of supplies and equipment;
• Check the quality and compliance of the work carried out;
• Ensure compliance with safety rules on construction sites;
• Participate in site meetings and maintain the link with clients;
• Follow the administrative and financial aspects of operations;
• Carry out reporting to management.
  Position to be filled on a permanent contract (CDI) in Bruges. Remuneration according to profile and experience, starting from 30k€.
  

Coming from the construction sector (BTP), you ideally have initial experience in site management, particularly in the field of waterproofing, roofing, or finishing work.
