Job offer : Electrical/HVAC Business Manager (M/F)

ACTUAL PESSAC TERTIAIRE is looking for one of its clients for an ELECTRICAL/HVAC BUSINESS MANAGER (M/F), to take charge of and develop an activity composed of electrical works, maintenance, troubleshooting and small/medium works, with an HVAC / air conditioning activity in development.

You will be in charge of the following missions

• Develop and retain your client portfolio.
• Carry out site visits, surveys and analyze needs.
• Carry out costing and quotes independently (internal design office).
• Follow up on offers, negotiate and transform quotes into orders.
• Organize and plan interventions.
• Manage technicians, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor costs, hours, overtime and profitability.
• Ensure invoicing and closing of business.
• Be present in the field with clients and teams.

• Environment: tertiary buildings
• Activity: 90% Electricity / 10% HVAC

You have experience as a Business Manager, Service Works Manager, Works Supervisor or experienced Electrical Technician wishing to evolve towards business management.

You are

• Autonomous in costing and managing your business.
• Organized, reactive and capable of managing several files simultaneously.
• Comfortable in client relations and endowed with a good commercial sense.
• Close to the field and technical teams.
• Sensitive to profitability monitoring and the economic stakes of a business.

Knowledge of HVAC / air conditioning is a plus, but the core of the position remains electricity.
