Job offer : Agro-food line operator (M/F)

• Line management: Operate and monitor machines (manufacturing and packaging) according to the production schedule and set rates.
• Feeding & supply: Supply the lines with raw materials and consumables.
• Quality control: Check product compliance throughout the process.
• Maintenance & troubleshooting: Detect anomalies, resolve first-level malfunctions, and perform routine maintenance.
• Team leadership: Supervise and coordinate line operators.

Job conditions

• Physical position involving lifting loads.
• Work in a cold and damp workshop, requiring the wearing of boots.
• 3-shift organization: for the night team, starting Sunday evening, either at 7 PM or 9 PM.

• Experience: You have previous successful experience in line operation or in an industrial environment (food industry is a plus).
• Soft skills: Rigor, responsiveness, sense of observation, and excellent team spirit.
• Organization: Good ability to manage priorities and react to production contingencies.
• Mobility: Autonomy is essential for your travel (site not served by public transport).
