The role

Your role & missions: Reporting directly to the Administrative and Financial Manager, you will take charge of the accounting management of several group entities and actively participate in the financial life of the structure:

General accounting & account monitoring: Global management of several companies, analysis and reconciliation of customer/supplier accounts, justification of balances, and correction of anomalies.
Treasury & banking operations: Entry and control of bank reconciliations, rigorous monitoring of cash flow, management of deadlines, and exchanges with banking partners.
Tax returns & closings: Preparation and electronic filing of VAT, active participation in interim situations, periodic closings, and preparation of the balance sheet in liaison with the accounting firm.
Continuous improvement: Contribution to the optimization of processes, accounting tools, and maintenance of fluid relationships with external partners

The profile we're looking for

The profile sought

Education & Experience: Higher education in accounting (BTS, DCG or equivalent), you have proven and successful experience in a similar position, ideally in a multi-company environment.
Technical skills: Proven mastery of account closings, VAT, treasury, and Excel. Mastery of an ERP or accounting software such as CEGID is a real plus.
Soft skills: Rigor, discretion, analytical mind, and sense of organization. Autonomous and proactive, you have a taste for work well done and enjoy teamwork.
Evolution: A first experience in team coordination or knowledge transfer is appreciated to support the development prospects of the position in the medium term.
