About the mission

Are you looking for a stimulating opportunity to apply your accounting skills within a committed organization? On behalf of our client, a recognized player in the medical-social sector managing several specialized establishments, we are recruiting an Accounts Payable and Treasury Accountant (M/F) for a temporary reinforcement of 2 to 3 months. Reporting to the Accounting Manager within the Resource Center, you will take charge of the purchasing cycle and daily treasury monitoring.

Your daily missions: At the heart of a collaborative team, your main activities cover

Accounts Payable:

Control, allocation, and accounting entry of supplier invoices. Entry and recording of fixed assets (Immo module). Preparation and execution of payment campaigns (transfers and file generation). Management and monitoring of inter-establishment liaison accounts. Filing and scanning of accounting documents for the annual closing.

Treasury & Banking Operations:

Daily entry of bank flows (BPGO and CRCA accounts). Performing multi-account bank reconciliations. Control, recording, and payment of expense reports. Recording of cash movements. Accounting and monitoring of loans.

The profile we're looking for

With a Bac+2 degree in accounting (BTS CG, DUT GEA, or equivalent), you have a first successful experience in handling purchases and banking.
Knowledge of the CEGI ALPHA software (especially Compta First) is an asset, as is a good command of Excel.
Rigor, organizational skills, and autonomy in meeting payment deadlines and reconciliation.
