The Actual agency is looking for a Customer Service Representative (m/f) to join its teams in Corte.

As part of a contract starting on November 6, 2026, you will occupy a dynamic position with a real prospect of long-term stability.

The profile we're looking for

To excel as a Customer Service Representative (m/f), you demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a real capacity for active listening to support our clients with kindness. Your written and oral fluency, combined with a mastery of office software, allows you to handle requests with efficiency and responsiveness.

Ideally holding a Bac+2 level degree in commerce or customer relations, you have a first successful experience in a similar position. Your team spirit, your rigor, and your ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment will be decisive assets to ensure the satisfaction of our contacts and meet the daily challenges of the position.
