Job offer : TCE Interior Works Project Manager (M/F)

The ACTUAL recruitment agency is looking for a BtoB interior works project manager (M/F) for its client on a permanent contract.

Position based near Ecully (69).

You will join a general contractor specializing in interior works that designs and carries out custom-made layout projects, mainly for shops (various brands), pharmacies, etc.

Experience with this category of client is essential.

You will be a true conductor of unique projects combining technique, design, and client support.

You will ensure direct interface with the client and be the primary point of contact.

Responsible for the commercial relationship and business development, you will manage projects from the study phase to the handover of installations, until final completion.

You will work in a pair with a TCE site manager and collaborate closely with the construction economics department and the architecture and design teams.

You will be in charge of

1. Studies and design

• Conducting commercial and technical surveys, analyzing client needs, and proposing the most suitable services.
• Building provisional budget studies and quotes, while securing the margin.
• Managing subcontractor consultations to establish competitive and reliable offers.
• Participating in project design with the design team (plans, layout, flow optimization, decoration).

2. Project management

• Leading internal project reviews: launch meetings, progress updates, end-of-project reports.
• Coordinating the work of various stakeholders: Design office for design and technical plans, Site manager for scheduling, logistics, subcontractor selection, execution monitoring.
• Assistant for administrative management and authorizations (urban planning, DOE, declarations, etc.).
• Presenting sketches and budgets to the client, negotiating, and finalizing the sale.
• Ensuring proper execution of the site and, depending on the project, participating in the handover of works with the site manager.

3. Commercial monitoring and development

• Being the client's point of reference throughout the project duration.
• Ensuring loyalty and commercial development.
• Identifying new prospects.
• Responding to calls for tenders.
• Proposing new solutions adapted to market developments.

Remuneration according to profile between 35k€ and 50k€.

You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a position as an interior works project manager, ideally in layout or renovation.

You have worked with major accounts, BtoB experience is mandatory.

You are recognized for your sense of service and client support, autonomy and team spirit, rigor, organizational skills, and a taste for custom-made projects.
