The role
Are you a carpentry professional passionate about technique and team management? Join a dynamic company specializing in the manufacturing of wood and aluminum windows and interior fittings as a Workshop Manager (M/F) in the Apprieu area
Your mission
Starting in April 2027, you will be the pillar of the workshop. You will orchestrate the entire production process, from method studies to the final verification of the works, while ensuring compliance with deadlines and professional standards (DTU).
Your main responsibilities
You will ensure the preparation of execution plans and rigorous monitoring of the schedule and budget. You will manage material orders and optimize workstation organization. Your role is also central in human resources management: you will lead your team, ensure safety (PPE), and oversee the skills development of your employees.
Job conditions
This is a full-time permanent contract (35h/week) based in Apprieu. If you wish to join a demanding and rewarding structure, we look forward to receiving your application with enthusiasm.
The profile we're looking for
Holding at least a BP in Carpentry, you have a solid experience of at least 5 years in manufacturing. You possess real technical skills in layout, quality control, and production management, as well as a natural aptitude for management and the transmission of know-how.
