Looking for a Methods Technician (M/F) position?

Your missions:

• Participate in opening meetings and project reviews for new products or modifications, providing your expertise.

• Lead industrialization in your area of expertise, this assignment includes among others:

• Creating CAD and CAM (if necessary for the job), tools, and parts, in connection with industrial processes and projects.
• Defining, launching, and monitoring tools and other equipment needs.
• Describing the tasks to be performed and managing the associated training (GOP and user manual).
• Creating, implementing, and maintaining processes and programs to meet customer and/or internal expectations.
• Entering technical data into the ERP.
• Searching for solutions to achieve objectives in terms of HSE, environment, quality, cost, and deadlines.

• Lead planned continuous improvement missions by participating in working groups.

• Provide support to other Group teams during industrialization or pre-project phases, to meet the commitments set in terms of deadlines.

• May be required to perform dimensional validations with a measuring arm during program creation if necessary for the job.

• Apply and ensure the application of the rules defined in the QSE system.

Prerequisites:

• Technical training BAC + 2 or equivalent
• You have a successful experience of 4 to 5 years

Technical knowledge:

• Position requiring good knowledge of products, processes, and solid technical foundations.
• Mastery of multi-axis programming if necessary for the job.
• Good knowledge of CAD and CAM tools, if necessary for the job, and site digitalization systems.
• Knowledge of the site's ERP software.
• Mastery of Method tools for time study, task balancing, Lean practice, and knowledge of ergonomics.
• Solid foundations in thermoforming, machining, and assembly techniques.
• Practices technical English.
• Able to work in a Project Platform.
• Good notions of metrology.
• Trained in Hygiene, Safety, and Environmental rules.
• Trained in gestures and postures.
• Aware of the existence of the QSE system.
