Are you looking for a comprehensive position combining technical expertise and management? Join the team as a Workshop Manager / Design Office Technician (M/F) as part of a long-term temporary assignment.

Within a structure specializing in didactic equipment, you will occupy a key role, divided between production management (60%) and technical design (40%).

Your main missions

As a manager, you will supervise a team of 4 people. You will plan production, manage priorities, track deadlines, and actively participate in the smooth operation of the workshop, including managing shipments.

As a design office technician, you will design new products and improve existing ones. You will create technical drawings, build prototypes, prepare manufacturing files (parts lists, manuals), and formalize methods to optimize the company's know-how.

Your profile

You hold a technical BTS or BUT degree (ideally generalist or optics) and possess proven experience in industrial team management. Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD is an asset) and ease with Excel are essential. Organized, rigorous, and possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to balance autonomy and teamwork.

Job conditions

To fill the position of Design Office Technician (M/F), we are looking for a passionate collaborator with a Bac+2/3 level education in mechanical design or industrial engineering.

The ideal candidate perfectly masters CAD/CAM tools and possesses recognized technical analysis skills to design innovative solutions.

Previous experience of 2 to 5 years in a design office is highly desired to ensure your autonomy on technical projects.
