Job description

As part of a team reinforcement to support the operational performance of the after-sales service, you will become the reference technical contact for a portfolio of regional clients.

Reporting directly to the Technical Operations Manager, you will work with complete autonomy in the field to ensure the operational reliability of industrial machine fleets.

You will embody service excellence and play a key role as an ambassador for service quality.

Your main missions / responsibilities will be as follows

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance operations on site to ensure the proper functioning and longevity of industrial equipment fleets

Diagnose and analyze complex electromechanical breakdowns in order to quickly restore equipment availability for clients
Manage the supply of spare parts and the associated budget monitoring to optimize responsiveness and control intervention costs
Advise field contacts by formulating technical recommendations and additional services adapted to their specific needs
Fill out intervention reports to ensure reliable technical monitoring of machines and foster fluid communication with the sedentary team

Experience and Training

Technical training from Bac to Bac+2 level in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, mechanics or equivalent

First successful experience acquired in a similar position in mobile maintenance or in a workshop on industrial equipment, machinery or handling equipment

Technical skills

Mastery of diagnostics and intervention methods on mechanical, electrical and hydraulic equipment
Skills in managing spare parts supplies and rigor in monitoring intervention costs
Proven ability to work in a mobile capacity and with complete autonomy on client sites

Behavioral skills

Travel to be expected
