Job offer : Lead HVAC Maintenance Technician (M/F)

Actual Talent is looking for an HVAC Maintenance Technician (M/F) for one of its clients, for an assignment at an industrial site with a demanding technical environment.

Integrated into a team of about ten employees and reporting to the Business Manager, you will ensure the maintenance and proper functioning of the site's HVAC installations.

Your main missions will be to

• Check the condition and operation of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and air treatment installations;
• Diagnose the origin of malfunctions and carry out necessary troubleshooting and repairs;
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance operations as well as periodic equipment servicing;
• Replace or repair defective parts and equipment;
• Intervene on filtration and air treatment systems;
• Log interventions and ensure their follow-up using CMMS tools;
• Produce intervention reports and ensure technical information feedback;
• Participate in the site's on-call rotation;

Ensure compliance with procedures and safety rules during each intervention.

You will work in a structured industrial environment where the reliability of installations, responsiveness, and quality of interventions are essential.

With a technical background in climate engineering, energy, or HVAC maintenance, you have proven experience of at least 8-10 years in a similar position.

You are autonomous in the maintenance and troubleshooting of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and air treatment equipment. You know how to analyze a breakdown, establish a diagnosis, and intervene effectively on installations.

Experience gained in a demanding industrial environment, particularly in the pharmaceutical, health, or process industry sectors, will be particularly appreciated.

You are comfortable reading technical documents and using a CMMS tool to ensure the traceability of your interventions.

Beyond your technical skills, your rigor, responsiveness, and team spirit will be essential. You know how to organize your interventions according to priorities and enjoy contact with the client.

A driver's license (B) is desired.
