Job offer : Works Compliance Officer (M/F)

Your missions

• Identify renovation work operations subject to control and compile control batches.
• Analyze and verify returns as well as control reports transmitted by inspection bodies.
• Communicate detected non-conformities to the clients and professionals concerned (by email and phone) and support them in bringing their work into compliance.
• Process and analyze received disputes to provide an appropriate and rigorous written response.
• Ensure the proper application of internal processes and compliance with current standards.
• Regularly update tracking files, perform activity reporting (Excel), and archive reports.

We offer you

• Contract: 6-month fixed-term contract (renewable)
• Start date: October - November 2026
• Weekly hours: 35 hours (Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm)
• Remuneration: €28k / year + 20% interim / end-of-contract bonuses

• Remote work: 1 to 2 days per week
• Position based in: Clichy instead of Saint Ouen Metro 14 / 13

• With a higher education background, you have a first successful experience in a similar position.
• You demonstrate analytical skills and the ability to anticipate.
• Rigor, method, and meticulous monitoring of indicators are part of your daily reflexes.
• Knowledge of the CEE aspect is appreciated.
• You have an excellent level of professional oral and written expression.
• You have a sense of service and are committed to providing the best support to clients and partners.
• Functions such as Pivot Tables or VLOOKUP hold no secrets for you to manage the activity.
