The role
The Actual group is recruiting for its client, a company specializing in industrial piping and boilermaking (chemical, petrochemical, paper sectors, etc.), a Business Manager (M/F) with proven experience in industrial piping or boilermaking.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage your projects independently by following these 3 areas:
Commercial management
- Conduct client visits and maintain long-term relationships
- Identify needs and propose adapted technical solutions
- Prepare quotes: costing, technical analysis, supplier and subcontractor consultations, drafting of technical and commercial offers
Project monitoring
- Organize projects and define human and technical resources
- Carry out purchasing (supplies, subcontracting)
- Participate in studies and preparation with support departments
- Ensure the technical, financial, and contractual monitoring of projects
QHSE
- Actively contribute to the company's QHSE culture
- Conduct field audits
- Participate in feedback (REX)
Position to be filled on a permanent contract (CDI) in Canéjan. Travel to be expected in Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Remuneration based on profile and experience over 13 months, 5-seater company car, 100% health insurance, meal vouchers, bonuses based on performance.
The profile we're looking for
With a higher education degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5), you have solid experience in industrial piping and/or boilermaking, ideally acquired in the chemical, petrochemical, or paper sectors. As a technical profile, you have knowledge of construction codes (CODAP, CODETI, CODRES) and a strong appetite for field work.
You will demonstrate autonomy, great organizational skills, and be proactive on a daily basis.
