Job offer : Public Works Project Manager (M/F)

The Essentials of the Position: Join a historic player and leader in public works in the Île-de-France region. Reporting to the Operations Department, you will act as a true conductor for your projects. As a Project Manager (M/F), you will manage the entire life cycle of the construction sites, from the detection of the commercial opportunity to the final delivery, while guaranteeing quality and profitability.

Your Main Missions: Tenders and Costing: Identify markets and potential clients. Define operating methods and necessary technical resources. Prepare precise costing and the provisional schedule while respecting QSE values.

Preparation and Purchasing: Negotiate contracts and purchases with various subcontractors and suppliers. Organize, budget, and plan the work.

Execution and Site Monitoring: Act as a work supervisor by leading and coordinating all stakeholders. Scrupulously ensure compliance with costs, deadlines, and QSE standards.

Reception: Check the perfect execution of the works and manage the closing of financial documents.

Profile Sought: Experience: You have a successful and significant experience of at least 10 years in a similar position. Technical Skills: You have a higher education degree in BTP, at Bac+2 (BTS) or Bac+5 (Engineering School) level. Total mastery of AUTOCAD software and standard computer tools is essential. A B driving license is required for your site visits.

Soft Skills: Endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you have strong negotiation skills and a real sense of persuasion. Diplomatic and attentive, you have a sense of customer service and demonstrate an excellent spirit of initiative.
