The role
Boner/trimmer position to be filled as soon as possible in several agri-food factories in the Quimperlé area.
Job description
- Cutting pork or beef
- Ability to bone, cut, trim or even degrease meat
- Monitor meat quality and ensure its tracking
- Respect hygiene and safety standards related to the agri-food sector
- Demonstrate speed and precision
- Physical position
Hours: Morning: 5am-1pm
Remuneration: Hourly rate according to profile + production bonus
