Job offer : Setup Team Leader (M/F)

Due to a retirement, we are looking for a SETUP TEAM LEADER (M/F) for a permanent contract (CDI). A handover period is planned until July 2026 to ensure optimal knowledge transfer. You will combine technical expertise and management to ensure production performance and quality.

Your main missions?

Lead and manage your team (3-4 people) Organize daily work: assign employees to machines, manage replacements Support and train operators, setup technicians, and versatile staff Ensure compliance with production standards (work orders, bill of materials, range) Ensure cleanliness and organization in the workshop (5S) Transmit information and report to the Production Manager Perform settings and start production Change and launch production on various injection machines Perform initial tests on series tooling (kinematic programs, robot programs, setting sheets) Identify production defects, analyze causes, and make necessary modifications Set up process monitoring Fill out series startup, development, and prototype documents Guarantee quality and performance Control flow management by operators (stock declarations, scrap, SISE boxes) Diagnose potential breakdowns and issue intervention requests Report any process and/or quality anomalies to the QRQC Perform first-level maintenance and complete maintenance documents Collaborate with support services Work in conjunction with project, quality, maintenance, and tooling teams Communicate with the previous team and provide a concise daily report Participate in shared and concerted decisions

Bac Pro in Plastics Processing required as a minimum or proven experience in injection molding machine setup. Knowledge of SEPRO robot programming appreciated. Technical skills sought: Mastery of plastic injection machine setup Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems Reading plans and understanding customer requirements Knowledge of first-level maintenance IT tools: good level required.
