The role

We are looking for our client for a Butcher (M/F).

Your missions

Perform industrial cutting operations (deboning, defatting, trimming) on meat
Scrupulously respect the specifications: hygiene, safety, traceability and material yield rules

Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the workstation and professional tools (knives, PPE).

Position from Monday to Friday, work in morning shifts.

The profile we're looking for

Holder of a CAP Butchery, you have a first experience in this field.

You master cutting techniques and the use of knives in an industrial environment.

Dynamic, you have team spirit and the ability to work in a cold environment.
