Job offer : Field Sales Representative (M/F)
The role
Reporting to the Saint-Laurent-Blangy agency, you will work to develop the turnover in the Arras and surrounding area. Your missions will consist of:
- Taking over, managing, and winning back the B2B client portfolio
- Developing the business by prospecting for new accounts
- Organizing your client rounds and mastering the technical offer
- Participating in the development of commercial strategies, action plans, and negotiating while defending prices/commercial margins
- Collaborating cross-functionally with product experts
- Monitoring and managing your activity (turnover development, visit ratios, etc.)
The profile we're looking for
With a commercial or technical background, you have a first successful commercial experience acquired imperatively in the construction materials trade or DIY retail sector.
You have a true hunter temperament and are perfectly comfortable marketing construction materials, which is your preferred field.
You want to be as close as possible to your clients, going in search of their needs in the field, as prospecting is an integral part of your daily life.
