Job offer : Sprinkler piping assembly assistant (M/F)

The ACTUAL Roussillon agency is recruiting a beginner and motivated Sprinkler / Piping Assistant (M/F) for a company specializing in industrial piping and fire extinguishing networks.

CRITERIA AND PREREQUISITES: Experience: TOTAL BEGINNER ACCEPTED. Your desire to learn on the job, your seriousness, and your motivation take precedence over your current technical skills. Mobility & Travel: Regional and national mobility is essential (work sites from Monday to Thursday with departure at 6:00 AM on Monday morning from the workshop, regular opportunities for long-distance travel). Driver's license: DRIVING LICENSE B MANDATORY (or in the process of being finalized). Expected soft skills: Rigour, exemplary punctuality, strict adherence to safety rules, and team spirit. Training covered: Completion of essential certifications for hiring (RC1, H0/B0, CACES aerial work platform, safety).

Your missions alongside an experienced technician: Preparation and supply of equipment on site. Assistance with cutting, shaping, and assembling steel piping. Assembly, fixing, and connection of sprinkler networks (fire protection systems). Handling, work at height using an aerial work platform, and installation of supports. Tidying up, end-of-site cleaning, and tool maintenance.

Conditions & Benefits: Contract type: Long-term evolving interim mission (possibility of CDI). Hours: Work over 4 days (Monday to Thursday) on remote sites. Remuneration: Based on hourly SMIC + rapid progression according to your skill development + 10% IFM + 10% ICP. Travel allowances:

• Workshop meal allowance: €7.50 / day.
• Small regional travel: €21.40 / day / meal.
• Long-distance travel: €99.60 / day or accommodation fully covered + meal allowances. Complete PPE welcome pack provided if the mission is successful. Agency benefits: CET booklet remunerated at 12% per year, advances available every day, health insurance from the first hour.

The profile sought: You do not necessarily have experience in piping or construction, but you are dynamic, handy, curious, and you enjoy manual work in the field.

Expected qualities: Sense of service and effort: taste for outdoor and workshop work. Punctuality and reliability: imperative respect for departure times (from 6:00 AM on Monday). Availability to travel from Monday to Thursday. Driver's license (B) essential to be able to travel. Real desire to train in a technical trade and to stabilize yourself in a human-sized structure.
