Job offer : Elevator Maintenance Team Leader (M/F)

Missions:

• Supervise, lead, and support a team of mobile maintenance technicians in the Lorraine area on a daily basis.
• Supervise the management of the elevator fleet and ensure the effective planning of preventive and corrective interventions.
• Ensure technical coordination, follow-up on complex repairs, and provide support to field staff.
• Guarantee compliance with safety standards, service quality, and manage customer satisfaction monitoring.
• Perform direct maintenance on a limited fleet (maximum of ten units per week).

Profile sought:

• Higher education in electrotechnics, industrial maintenance, or a specialized elevator technician diploma.
• Confirmed and successful experience in elevator maintenance with initial experience in team management or mentoring.
• Leadership qualities, very good organizational skills, analytical mind, and excellent customer relations.
• Driving license B mandatory to ensure travel in the Lorraine sector.

Conditions and Benefits:

• Contract type: CDI
• Remuneration: €3,200 to €3,500 gross/month depending on profile and experience + bonuses
