Job offer : Mincing production agent (M/F)

The ERGOS Roussillon agency is looking for mincing production agents (M/F) for a 2x8 shift team in Maclas (industrial charcuterie / pure pork dry sausages).

• Mobility: Autonomous means of transport essential to get to Maclas.
• Project & Engagement: Long-term search / CDI with the possibility of evolving into a line operator position. - 2x8 shifts: Alternating morning (5:00 AM - 12:30 PM) and afternoon (12:30 PM - 8:00 PM) from Monday to Friday.
• Environment: Work in a cool environment (4°C to 12°C), standing position, and strict adherence to hygiene/safety rules.
• Eligibility for insertion: You meet at least one insertion criterion (Job seeker, RSA, under 26, over 50, single-parent family...).

Tasks to perform

• Unpacking and routing of meat for defrosting.
• Quality control and traceability.
• Loading, weighing, and recording of carts.
• Supplying the cutter.
• Handling and cleaning of premises.

Working conditions & Remuneration

• Contract: Long-term temporary work with a view to a CDD / CDI
• Remuneration: €12.31 gross/h (i.e., €15.01 gross/h all-inclusive: dressing bonus, 10% IFM, 10% ICP)
• Bonuses & Allowances: Dressing bonus (€0.655/day) + €5.00/day meal allowance
• Breaks: 20 minutes of paid break per day
