The role

On a daily basis and reporting to the agency, you will develop and maintain your client portfolio

Development: Actively prospect the sector and sell our rental solutions (construction, industry, events). Loyalty: Monitor and optimize existing accounts through add-on sales. Advice: Guide your contacts on the technical choices adapted to their sites. Sales: Quote offers, negotiate, and close contracts. Reporting: Track activity.

The profile we're looking for

Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the equipment rental world (construction or industry).

Soft skills: Recognized for your proactivity and dynamism, you act with a strong business orientation. Your key assets are an excellent team spirit, fluid communication, genuine kindness, and ease with feedback.

A historic player in equipment rental (construction, industry, events) with 100 years of experience, 180 employees, and 7,500 pieces of equipment (energy, housing, lifting).

Remuneration: Fixed salary €30k - €38k gross/year + variable of €4k to €5k indexed to your objectives and the acquisition of new clients. Benefits: Company vehicle, meal vouchers, and CSE. Savings & Health: Profit-sharing, participation with matching contributions, PER, CET, and health insurance covered at 60%.
