Are you a roofing expert with a passion for fieldwork and a real sense of leadership? Join the Actual team as a Roofing Technician (M/F) for a permanent position based in Castelnau-d'Estretefonds.

Your missions: As a referent, you will work on all types of roofs (tiles, slates, steel deck, zinc, waterproofing). Your role is central: you will carry out precise diagnostics to identify the causes of leaks, organize the smooth running of construction sites and ensure strict compliance with safety rules. You are the guarantor of the company's image to our customers and play a key role in the skills development of new employees.

Your working conditions: You will benefit from an attractive remuneration between 14.50 euros and 16.50 euros gross/hour, supplemented by a referent bonus of 150 euros gross/month, profit-sharing and meal vouchers. The team departs every morning from the agency with the company vehicle.

Your profile: To succeed in this position, you must have solid technical experience in roofing and waterproofing. You must have training in working at heights. Your natural leadership, your ability to pass on your know-how and your excellent interpersonal skills will be your best assets to manage your team and satisfy our customers. Possession of the CACES Nacelle is a plus. You are comfortable at heights and outdoors all year round.
