In-house After-Sales Technician (M/F)

The role

Our team of industry experts is recruiting for its client in the packaging sector, an In-house After-Sales Technician (M/F) for a long-term temporary contract (6 months) east of Angers.

Start date: as soon as possible

Your main tasks are as follows

Registering customer requests
Consulting and requesting prices from our suppliers
Entering orders
Responding to requests regarding spare parts (wear parts, replacement parts, consumables)
Monitoring the proper execution of services

The profile we're looking for

With a BAC+2 level education or higher in maintenance, purchasing, or technical sales, you have successful initial experience using an ERP system.

Required skills: mastery of an ERP, knowledge of the mechanical and machine field.

Personal qualities: Interpersonal skills, proactive.

Remuneration: 25-30K€ Base: 39h on a day schedule
