Your main activities

Customer Relations & Support

Manage calls and support requests from French and foreign customers.

Provide technical assistance to ensure the proper functioning of installations.

Provide advice and recommendations regarding the installation and programming of systems.

Support customers during the commissioning of equipment.

Expertise & Interventions

Perform diagnostics and analyze operating data.

Process and track spare parts orders.

Perform on-site repairs.

Make occasional trips to our customers for expertise, troubleshooting, or maintenance.

Conduct technical training on-site and occasionally at customer premises.

Technical skills & Prerequisites

Solid knowledge of electromechanics.

Proficiency in computer tools (MS Office).

Electrical authorization mandatory.

Languages: Fluent Spanish essential (minimum B2 level). Proficiency in English is a plus.

Working methods and conditions

Hours: Monday to Friday, daytime work (weekends off).

Travel: Occasional business travel to be expected in France and exceptionally abroad.
