The role

Join Actual Roanne! We are looking for a CNC Operator (M/F) to join a workshop specializing in metal processing. At Actual group, we place people at the heart of our mission: making work an opportunity for all.

Your daily tasks

Within the workshop, you will work directly on CNC machines. You will ensure the launch of programs on a drilling line and operate a cutting saw.

Ensure the launch of programs on a CNC drilling line.
Create simple programs and perform the necessary adjustments.
Operate a CNC cutting saw.
Check the conformity and quality of the produced parts.
Ensure the smooth running of production and compliance with safety instructions.

Your profile

You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position in an industrial environment. Proficiency in metalworking is a real asset. You are autonomous, rigorous, and capable of performing precise adjustments. Possession of the CACES R484 (overhead crane) will be highly appreciated.

Job conditions

The position is based in Roanne and is to be filled as soon as possible. You will work on a 37.5-hour weekly basis, with an organization that allows you not to work on Friday afternoons. Compensation is determined according to your experience.

The profile we're looking for

To fill the position of CNC Operator (M/F), we are looking for a dynamic person with solid experience of 3 to 5 years in the industrial sector.

The ideal candidate must possess a Level V qualification (BEP/CAP or equivalent) and demonstrate great rigor in operating CNC machines.

Proficiency in blueprint reading techniques, tool setting, and quality control will be highly appreciated to ensure the precision of our production.
