Job offer : Mobile Aerial Lift Technician (M/F)

Our client, specializing in the maintenance and repair of lifting equipment, has 50 employees, including a team of 35 mobile technicians spread across France.

As part of its development, it is looking for a Mobile Maintenance Technician (M/F), on a permanent contract (CDI), to work in the Grand Est sector (mainly the Nancy, Metz, Vosges, Strasbourg, Colmar axis).

You will join a human-sized structure that prioritizes autonomy, technical expertise, and local management.

Your missions:

• Reporting to the Group Director and in direct contact with the after-sales service coordinators, you will ensure the maintenance of truck-mounted aerial lifts for a diverse clientele: BTP, industry, public sector, and local authorities.
• Your main missions:
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic breakdowns and carry out the necessary repairs.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment.
• Carry out periodic inspections every 6 months.
• Prepare quotes and advise customers on the use and maintenance of equipment.
• Organize your schedule with complete autonomy and manage your stock of spare parts.
• Write your intervention reports directly on a tablet and ensure equipment safety.
• Ensure equipment supply via relay points.

You have a truck equipped with spare parts and the necessary equipment for your interventions. Some operations can be carried out in pairs.

Note: the position involves frequent travel with regular overnight stays, as well as occasional trips to the headquarters located in Seine-et-Marne (77).

Proposed conditions:

• Fixed remuneration: €33,000 to €43,000 gross annual according to profile.
• Variable up to €3,000 depending on the turnover achieved.
• Technician status on a day-rate basis: 218 days/year.
• Equipped service vehicle.
• Meal allowance of €15 and reimbursement of expenses upon proof in case of overnight stay.
• Tablet and tools necessary for interventions.

Your profile:

• You hold a CAP, BEP, or Bac Pro in equipment maintenance, industrial maintenance, or a related field.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in mobile maintenance.
• You are proficient in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic fields.
• Autonomous, rigorous, and with good interpersonal skills, you appreciate customer relations and organizing your activity.
• You hold a B driving license.
