Within a sawmill based in Sainte Florence / Essarts en Bocage, you will report to the Cogeneration Operations Manager. The cogeneration maintenance technician ensures the preventive and corrective maintenance of production tools while complying with safety, quality, and hygiene rules, while also considering productivity challenges.

Your main missions will be

• Perform maintenance operations necessary for the proper functioning of equipment
• Diagnose encountered problems and resolve them
• Participate in monitoring work carried out by external companies throughout the year and during summer shutdowns
• Participate in operating the installations

These positions involve 2x8 shift work, fixed night shifts, or 2x12 weekend shifts. Long-term assignment. Remuneration and benefits:

• Hourly rate: according to your profile + Mileage allowance + Various bonuses
• IFM (end-of-assignment indemnity) = 10% of the total gross remuneration
• ICCP (paid leave compensation indemnity) = 10% of the gross remuneration (with IFM).

Profile: With a Bac to Bac + 2 degree in ELECTROMECHANICS / INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE / ELECTROTECHNICS, you have successful experience in a similar position as a maintenance technician in an industrial environment, during which you have demonstrated rigor, pragmatism, efficiency, a spirit of service, and responsibility.
