Job offer : Maintenance Technician (M/F)

Job description

Reporting hierarchically to the Maintenance Line Manager and under the general supervision of the Technical Manager, you will carry out installation, adjustment, maintenance, and troubleshooting operations for automated industrial equipment and systems.

Specifically, what are your missions?

• Ensure corrective and preventive maintenance interventions according to established schedules and/or production contingencies.
• Assist production in optimizing line operations, including through knowledge transfer.
• Participate in the development and implementation of actions related to continuous improvement.
• Write and enter your interventions in our CMMS (CarlSource).
• Participate in certain line format changes.
• Participate in the definition and implementation of certain investments.
• Update documents (plans, ) necessary in case of modifications made during an intervention.
• Carry out certain adjustment procedures if necessary to optimize future interventions.

Demanding and always attentive to the execution of quality work, you will carry out your missions in perfect autonomy within a team of about twenty people and in strict compliance with safety rules and good practices defined by the company. You will also provide regular feedback on your actions to your management.

Additional information

Annual remuneration between €27,741.60 and €34,235.16 gross depending on experience.

Your work environment

• Automated industrial equipment
• Hygiene and safety standards related to certification requirements (IFS Higher, Bio PEB, BBC,)
• 2*8 shift schedule

Holder of a Bac +2/+3 level diploma (BTS, DUT, Professional License, Bac Pro with solid experience...) in the field of industrial maintenance, you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally acquired within companies in the agri-food sector.

Experienced in interventions on highly automated equipment, you have a solid foundation of technical knowledge and skills in various technologies: electricity, electrotechnics, mechanics, pneumatics, automation.

Commitment, responsiveness, rigor, and a sense of teamwork are expected aptitudes, as well as a certain ability to communicate and report on your actions.
