Job offer : Maintenance Technician 32 (M/F)

Our team specializing in Industry and Engineering supports its client, a dynamic agri-food SME located in Gascony, in the recruitment of an Electrical/Maintenance Technician M/F for a CDI.

You will join the maintenance team, reporting to the Maintenance Department Deputy, in a company of approximately 240 employees, specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of regional specialties.

You will evolve in a secure environment, combining autonomy and teamwork.

• Start date: As soon as possible
• Remuneration: Between €27,000 and €32,000 gross annual depending on profile
• Hours: Shift work (3x8), with occasional on-call duty (weekends once a month)

Your main missions:

• Perform preventive and curative maintenance of industrial equipment
• Carry out adjustments, lubrication, and format changes
• Diagnose and repair breakdowns on electrical and mechanical installations
• Participate in continuous improvement work and new projects
• Ensure the monitoring of interventions and reports requested by your manager

Profile sought:

• Graduate with a Bac Pro to Bac+2 in electrotechnics, industrial maintenance, or equivalent
• Experienced or motivated beginner, with a strong desire to learn and progress
• Sense of teamwork, rigor, autonomy, and respect for safety instructions
• Analytical and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of maintenance procedures and ability to read technical drawings are a plus
