IT Operations Technician (M/F)

The role

Our IT-specialized team is looking for its client (an IT services company) for an Operations Technician (M/F) for a 3-month interim contract in Toulouse at a client site.

Start date: As soon as possible
Duration: 3 months
Remuneration: 25k€
Location: Toulouse

The main missions will be

Apply current rules and procedures related to tasks;
Monitor and detect the appearance of alerts via consoles and supervision tools at their disposal;
Execute checks of information system components in accordance with the checklist;
Execute steering tasks necessary for planned operations;
Provide telephone support;
Trace all events that require action or technical and/or hierarchical escalation via the incident management tool and the logbook tool;
Upon event, execute the technical and hierarchical escalation procedure in accordance with the process defined for the service;
Process 1st level events and incidents according to instructions available in the repositories;
Register, qualify, and follow up on incidents;
Prepare and communicate activity reports (weather, etc.);
Report any degradation or service interruption to management (logbook, escalation);
Participate in continuous service improvement and knowledge capitalization by issuing improvement proposals and updating internal documentation;
Take into account and respond to various requests received regarding the service and organization.

The profile we're looking for

You justify

Availability to work in HNO (Non-Working Hours), on-call, and at night;
A level of spoken and read English;
A driving license is essential;
An ability to be autonomous in your tasks.
