
Job offer : Operations Technician (M/F)
The role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will ensure the operation, maintenance, and optimization of the site's energy production facilities and thermal distribution network.
Your responsibilities will revolve around the following areas
Monitoring and maintenance of facilities
Ensure the control, preventive maintenance, and upkeep of equipment.
Carry out troubleshooting interventions and resolve malfunctions.
Supervise and manage subcontractors and external service providers during specific operations.
Production and network operation
Continuously monitor operating parameters (temperatures, pressures, flow rates, etc.).
Quickly diagnose anomalies and intervene to ensure the continuity of service provided to users.
Optimization and energy performance
Participate in the continuous improvement of operational equipment.
Optimize the energy performance of the facilities in strict compliance with current regulations and safety standards.

Remuneration: Attractive salary based on profile + remuneration paid over 13 months.

The profile we're looking for
Profile soughtEducation: Holder of a Bac+2 or a Professional License in thermal engineering, climate engineering, process engineering, or industrial engineering.
Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the field of heating networks, biomass, or industrial thermal installations.
Key skills: Mastery of thermal/hydraulic equipment, diagnostic autonomy, rigor, and compliance with safety rules.
Personal qualities: You have a good team spirit, great autonomy, rigor, and interpersonal skills that facilitate teamwork and client/provider relations.
