Carry out troubleshooting interventions and resolve malfunctions. Supervise and manage subcontractors and external service providers during specific operations. ### Production and network operation Continuously monitor operating parameters (temperatures, pressures, flow rates, etc.). Quickly diagnose anomalies and intervene to ensure the continuity of service provided to users. ### Optimization and energy performance Participate in the continuous improvement of operational equipment. Optimize the energy performance of the facilities in strict compliance with current regulations and safety standards. ### Conditions & Benefits Remuneration: Attractive salary based on profile + remuneration paid over 13 months. **Bonuses & supplements:** Paid overtime and on-call duties. Shift bonuses + Seniority bonus + Annual individual bonus. Referral bonus (€1,000 gross). Profit-sharing agreement and Company Savings Plan (PEE). Leave & Working hours: 26 days of paid leave + 15 days of RTT per year + seniority leave and family event leave. **Catering & Health:** Meal vouchers / Meal baskets + Mutual insurance and provident fund 60% covered by the employer. **Social benefits:** Social and Economic Committee (CSE) benefits, parental support partnerships (daycare spots). ## **The profile we're looking for** **Profile sought**Education: Holder of a Bac+2 or a Professional License in thermal engineering, climate engineering, process engineering, or industrial engineering. Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the field of heating networks, biomass, or industrial thermal installations. Key skills: Mastery of thermal/hydraulic equipment, diagnostic autonomy, rigor, and compliance with safety rules.
