Job descriptionSafran is looking for a technical Tech Lead, with a background in application development, capable of providing technical supervision to a team and driving structural decisions.

The core of the role is technical leadership, with a strong data and cloud component.

The position is attached to the Digital Factory, which develops digital products for all 18 Safran Landing Systems sites.

Main missions

• Ensure the technical lead of a team of 8 to 10 developers (web & data)

• Develop the skills of junior and intermediate profiles

• Participate in architecture and stack choices

• Design and develop robust cloud and data solutions

• Challenge architects and secure technical orientations

• Guarantee the quality, performance, and maintainability of solutions

• Collaborate with teams in France, North America, and India (daily English)

Technical environment

• Languages: Python, JavaScript / NodeJS, . NET

• Data / Big Data: Apache Spark, data platforms

• Cloud: AWS (mandatory or strong equivalent cloud expertise)

Profile soughtEducation

• Bachelor's to Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Expected background

• Developer → Senior Developer → Tech Lead

• Solid application development culture

• Good command of data and cloud topics

Experience

• Approximately 7 years of experience in web and data development

• Minimum 3 years on AWS or public cloud

• Participation in the design and construction of a data platform / Big Data solution

• Confirmed experience in technical team supervision
