## **The role**

About the companyActual Talent, Talent Acquisition Partner of the Actual group, the 5th largest player in the French employment market, is supporting its client Safran Landing Systems in the recruitment of a **Tech Lead.**

**Safran Landing Systems** (Safran group) designs and manufactures landing and braking systems for major civil and military aeronautical programs.

Since 2021, the group has initiated an **ambitious digital transformation and skills re-internalization plan**, with significant investments in cloud, data, and digital products.

International context, demanding industrial environment, structured roadmap until 2026, and **real opportunities for growth within the Safran group**.

Job descriptionSafran is looking for a **technical Tech Lead**, with a background in application development, capable of providing technical supervision to a team and driving structural decisions.

The core of the role is **technical leadership**, with a strong data and cloud component.

The position is attached to the **Digital Factory**, which develops digital products for all 18 Safran Landing Systems sites.

**Main missions**

- Ensure the **technical lead** of a team of 8 to 10 developers (web & data)
- Develop the skills of junior and intermediate profiles
- Participate in **architecture and stack choices**
- Design and develop robust cloud and data solutions
- Challenge architects and secure technical orientations
- Guarantee the quality, performance, and maintainability of solutions
- Collaborate with teams in France, North America, and India (daily English)

**Technical environment**

- **Languages**: Python, JavaScript / NodeJS, . NET
- **Data / Big Data**: Apache Spark, data platforms
- **Cloud**: AWS (mandatory or strong equivalent cloud expertise)

Profile sought**Education**

- Bachelor's to Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent

**Expected background**

- Developer → Senior Developer → **Tech Lead**
- Solid application development culture
- Good command of data and cloud topics

**Experience**

- Approximately **7 years of experience** in web and data development
- Minimum **3 years on AWS or public cloud**
- Participation in the design and construction of a **data platform / Big Data solution**
- Confirmed experience in **technical team supervision**
