The role

On behalf of a higher education institution, we are looking for exam invigilators (M/F) to supervise student exam sessions. Within the structure, you will ensure the smooth running of the exams in strict compliance with instructions and the regulatory framework.

Your missions

Reception, control and official instructions

Verify the identity of candidates at the entrance to the rooms and rigorously manage the attendance sheets.
Clearly announce the official instructions to the students.
Open and distribute exam papers within the allotted time.

Active supervision and closing of the exam

Monitor the room for the entire duration of the exams, ensure compliance with composition time and prevent any attempt at fraud.
Collect all copies at the end of the exam and check the signatures.
Ensure the rigorous counting of copies before their official return.

Contract: Temporary mission
Start date: From November 9 to 20
Hours: Flexible according to exam schedules (missions possible for the full day or half-day)
Remuneration: Hourly SMIC + 20% temporary work bonus
Location: Paris La Défense

The profile we're looking for

Profile sought

Education : Holder of at least a Baccalaureate (general, technological or professional).

Experience : Beginner accepted. Previous experience in exam supervision or having already taken higher education exams is a plus.

Interpersonal skills & Soft skills : Exemplary punctuality, great rigor, discretion and benevolent firmness to ensure compliance with the rules in force.
