Job offer : Maintenance Manager (M/F)

As part of its development, our client, a player in the agri-food sector based in the Dunkirk area (59140), is looking for its future Maintenance Manager (M/F).

Reporting to the site management, you are responsible for the proper functioning and reliability of the production equipment.

In this capacity, your main missions will be

• Organize and manage the preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment.
• Ensure autonomous management of interventions and prioritize actions according to production requirements.
• Diagnose breakdowns and implement appropriate technical solutions.
• Guarantee the availability and performance of the installations.
• Propose and manage improvement and development projects for production equipment.
• Be a driving force in process optimization and the reduction of production downtime.
• Participate in continuous improvement and the reliability of the industrial tool.

• Remuneration according to profile (€27,000 to €35,000 gross/year)
• Dunkirk area (59140)
• Contract to be filled immediately!

• Technical training in industrial maintenance, electrotechnics or equivalent.
• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, ideally in the agri-food sector.
• You master preventive and corrective maintenance.
• You are autonomous, organized and have a good analytical mind.
• You enjoy demanding industrial environments and know how to take initiatives.
